BEAUTIFUL, my dear! The choice of red for the background was interesting, unexpected, and ended up really brightening the piece up. I also love the gradients throughout the...I guess, trim?...on the dragon--his 'spines' or hair or whatever it is. I also envy your ability to draw a reptilian, scaly-looking dragon.
The one major thing I noticed, particularly when viewing the thumbnail, was the balance of the picture. It's condensed so well into the tall/narrow canvas, that the bottom feels rather empty compared to the top. His tail is proportional to his body, but perhaps could've been curled around a little more so as to not have so much negative red space. That's the only real glaring problem I see.
